permitting by Los Angeles Regional Water Quality Control Board ( LARWQCB) . All wastewater will be beneficially reused for indoor non-potable bathroom use and landscape irrigation resulting in a
57% water use reduction for the development while protecting the environmentally sensitive ground and surface waters of Malibu Creek and Surfrider Beach.
