Lombardo Associates has developed water/wastewater turnkey projects with its affiliated companies to address the desire of many industries to contract out their water and wastewater management activities. Examples of our Water/Wastewater management services approach are:

Pharmaceutical Industry:  Lombardo Associates and its affiliated companies proposed to make an investment of $5.4 million (US) to improve a pharmaceutical company's wastewater systems at three sites, and operate the facilities for 20 years at a first year net savings to the owner of $320,000, or about 30% of their annual budget.

Textile Industry:  Lombardo Associates and its affiliated companies proposed to purchase the existing wastewater treatment facility at a textile plant for $1.4 million, install a $2.5 million water reuse system and make $0.5 million worth of improvements to a caustic recovery system, at a total capital investment of $4.4 million. Lombardo Associates and its affiliated companies would operate the existing and new wastewater systems for 20 years. In addition to receiving the $1.4 million payment for the existing WWTP, and having no capital expenditures for the project, the company would realize an annual cost reduction of approximately 25% in their water and wastewater budgets.

RESIDENTIAL & COMMERCIAL

Lombardo Associates can design, build, own, and operate wastewater and water management facilities to address residential and commercial wastewater and water management challenges. We use proven technology in innovative ways to deliver guaranteed solutions. Typical services include:

• individual and cluster septic systems for new development and replacement of exisiting systems
• wastewater collection (sewer), treatment and disposal systems to address failing septic systems
• wastewater treatment/recycling systems for commercial facilities that require no discharge or where economically/environmentally desired
• water conservation/reuse systems in commercial facilities, including cooling tower blowdown reduction systems, laundry reuse systems, stormwater reuse, etc.

These services are provided with guaranteed performance at a fixed price, with long term financing if desired. In areas with failing septic systems, large repair costs that can interfere with a property's use can be avoided by letting Lombardo Associates provide a system that amortizes the cost over 20 years.
